The Mission

Help us scale our creative engine to the next level.

Your job is to create winning ad concepts, identify scalable angles, improve performance across Meta & TikTok, and help us aggressively scale customer acquisition.

You’ll work directly with founders, media buyers, editors, and creators to develop high-performing creatives that drive real revenue.

We move fast, test aggressively, and care about results.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Research competitors, customer psychology, reviews, Reddit, TikTok trends, and market angles
• Develop high-converting hooks, concepts, offers, scripts, and creative strategies
• Write direct-response scripts, ad briefs, hooks, CTAs, and VSL structures
• Work directly with editors and creators to bring concepts to life
• Analyze performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, thumb-stop ratio, and conversion rate
• Build systems for creative learnings, testing, and iteration
• Launch large volumes of creative testing every week
• Use AI tools to improve ideation, scripting, workflows, and production speed

• Push ad spend past $50k per day

• Lower CPA and higher ROAS
• New scalable hooks, audiences, and angles

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Deep understanding of Meta & TikTok direct-response ads
• Strong copywriting and scripting skills
• Ability to develop hooks, concepts, and creative angles that convert
• Strong understanding of paid social performance metrics
• Experience working with editors, creators, and UGC talent
• Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, scripting, research, or production
• Strong bias toward execution and speed

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling 7-figure or 8-figure brands
• Experience with wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer brands
• Familiarity with Motion, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Frame.io, or similar tools
• Experience sourcing or directing UGC creators
• Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
• Experience managing creative teams or freelancers
