The Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Partnerships Manager to spearhead strategic collaborations that amplify Afina’s brand presence and accelerate growth. You’ll own the full partnerships lifecycle—from identifying and pitching prospective partners to negotiating deals, managing ongoing relationships, and measuring impact. This role spans influencer marketing, professional endorsements, brand collaborations, and affiliate programs.Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Strategy & Outreach: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts) in the beauty, wellness, skincare, and lifestyle verticals.
- Professional Partnerships: Build relationships with dermatologists, estheticians, trichologists, and other skincare and haircare professionals to drive credibility-driven endorsements, co-branded content, and referral programs.
- Brand Collaborations: Source and execute co-marketing partnerships with complementary brands in wellness, clean beauty, home, and lifestyle categories.
- Affiliate & Ambassador Programs: Develop and scale Afina’s affiliate and ambassador programs, including commission structures, onboarding, content guidelines, and performance tracking.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate partnership terms, manage budgets, draft agreements, and ensure all collaborations deliver strong ROI.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop partnership campaign briefs, content calendars, and launch plans.
- Performance & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on partnership KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, revenue attribution). Use data to optimize strategy and inform future investments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, the wellness/beauty space, and competitor partnership activity.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development, ideally in beauty, wellness, skincare, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and managing high-impact partnerships that drive measurable business results.
- Strong existing network of influencers, content creators, or industry professionals in the beauty/wellness space.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize spend.
- Self-starter mentality—comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms
- Understanding of dermatology, skincare science, or water quality topics.
- Experience negotiating retail or wholesale partnerships.
- Background in content creation or social media management.
